Stress Relief Through Focused Breathing & Guided Imagery

BREATHE combines guided visual imagery with controlled breathing to help its users eliminate stress. Stress activates a reflex in our body known as the "fight or flight" response which leads to a number of bodily changes. The physiological responses to stress (sweaty palms, elevated heart rate, muscle tension) are the invitation to participate in the conversation between your heart and mind. BREATHE can stop stress in its tracks. The relaxation response is elicited through this technique which reverses the symptoms caused by stress and betters overall health.
